BREAKING FREE OF HER SHELL, CHELSEA BECAME A VITAL PART OF THE WINCHENDON COMMUNITY OVER HER THREE YEARS.
“
“The support system I had from all of the teachers was such a great experience. I think it really helped understand what it meant to be a part of a team. Just having them around really helped push me to be the best version of myself academically and even outside the classroom.”

Chelsea always struggled with being outgoing as a kid, but Winchendon allowed her to break out of her shell and become the co-president of the New York City campus.
- Chelsea joined The Winchendon School community for her sophomore year. Throughout her time at The Winchendon School’s NY campus she took advantage of ColLABs to explore new interests and broaden her horizons. Well supported in her time here, Chelsea learned to be a part of a learning community, even beyond the classroom.
- Gradually, Chelsea opened up to being in the spotlight; from being co-president of the student body to participating in clubs, she got the chance to show herself to the Winchendon community.
- Now at Villanova and majoring in Political Science and Criminology, she intends to establish her career in her passions and desires to do something she loves for her future self.
