“
The interactions I had every day at Winch were instrumental in helping me grow as a person and as a leader.
”
Jackson used his time at Winchendon to flourish into the best version of himself. He immediately got involved in a variety of leadership roles throughout campus, which made him a leader inside and outside of the classroom. He took advantage of our ColLAB program to explore his interests in the business world and help plan for his future.
- Throughout his time at Winchendon, he had wonderful opportunities to participate in two business internships: one in Washington DC and the other in London. After receiving his bachelor’s degree, Jackson plans to continue his studies in law or business school.
- Jackson served as a leader on and off the field for the Winchendon baseball team, where he was a captain. In addition, he was a strong Service Learning Leader and a great example inside the classroom for his peers.
- Jackson speaks of how his advisor, Mr. Michals, as well as Mrs. Draugsvold and Mr. Magee helped him mature throughout his two years at Winchendon.
- Jackson will be moving onto Wesleyan University to pursue an economics degree.
