The Winchendon School is pleased to announce Assistant Varsity Boys’ Basketball coach Kevin Kehoe, has been named head coach of the program. Coach Kehoe comes to The Winchendon School after being Head Coach for ten years at Cheshire Academy and one year as the Assistant Coach at Winchendon. During his tenure at CA, he led the Fighting Cats to seven NEPSAC tournaments births, four Elite Eight appearances, two Final Four’s and the 2014 NEPSAC Championship. Coach Kehoe was named NEPSAC Coach of the Year in 2014. His past coaching experience includes coaching at the high school, junior college, and four-year college levels. In his coaching career, Kehoe has placed over 250 players in college and has had 11 former players play professionally overseas. This is why high-end student-athletes will choose to further their pre-college development at The Winchendon School.
Kehoe played college basketball at Tunxis Community College, as a combo guard, before continuing at Ottawa University in Kansas. He lives in Madison CT with his wife Kristine. He is also the proud father of 21-year-old triplets, Patrick, Matthew, and Mikayla.

What I say to our prospective students is that you have these years to make a decision about the next four that will be as impactful on your life as it possibly could be.”
