On our Brooklyn campus, we are always looking for ways to connect our curriculum to real-world experiences, through both ColLAB’s or Immersives.
Our Impact Learning period provides a space for both faculty and students to find new and exciting ways to explore outside of the classroom. Students from our Spanish class visited The Los Hermanos Fabrica de Tortillas in Bushwick, which pumps out 120,000 tortillas a day. Lane R. ‘22 says, “It was very interesting to take a look at the ins and outs of the tortilla factory. I was able to order my food in Spanish and it tasted amazing.”
If you’re ready to take on the city as your classroom, sign up for one of our Open Houses this fall.
