Families will travel from all over the world (and from right around the corner) to visit with their children, faculty members, and other families during The Winchendon School's Family Weekend October 5 - 6 2018. We look forward to welcoming you and your family to campus!
The weekend kicks off on Friday, October 5th. There will be opportunities to drop-in and meet with Head of School Laurie Lambert and Dean of Academics Kelly Harris followed by a casual parent reception hosted by Head of School, Laurie Lambert. This is a really fun and relaxed opportunity to connect with fellow TWS families. After the parent reception, we'll gather as a community to share a meal.
Saturday, October 6, is filled with discussions on programming and a great college counseling roundtable about trends in college admissions. We strongly suggest all parents take advantage of this time on Saturday. There's also time for you to share in your child's TWS experience by meeting with teachers in parent-teacher conferences, meeting advisors, coaches, and dorm parents. The afternoon features four athletic competitions and the 4th Annual Cross-Country Team "Wapiti Fun Run." Not to be missed is the Grand Opening of the renovated Fitness Center.
If you have any questions regarding family weekend, please call us at 978-297-1223.
We look forward to seeing you on campus!
