Your Schedule – Your Convenience
We welcome and encourage individual visits or conversations at your convenience. Those personal visits and discussions are at the core of learning if a school is the best match for you. You can “kick the tires” and get a sense of the vibe of the community by walking around at your own pace, meeting students and teachers, and sticking your head into a class, a practice, or a meal. Hear what they are talking about, see what they are laughing about, and taste what is being served up in the Dining Hall.

However if you would prefer to be part of a larger group for your initial visit, or would just like to learn more about The Winchendon School, please attend one of the open houses on the respective campus.

Open House and Interview Days
These events include the opportunity to meet our Director of Enrollment Management, Melissa Essman, Head of Campus Kalimah Fergus-Ayele, administrators, faculty, and students, as well as the chance to explore our signature programs and extracurricular offerings.
- Saturday, October 26 – 10:00 AM – Admissions Open House
- Saturday, November 16 – 10:00 AM – Admissions Open House
All Open House and Interview Days occur at our midtown campus at 45 W34th Street between the Empire State Building on 5th Ave. and Macy’s on 6th Avenue with easy access to Herald Square, PATH, and Grand Central.
Virtual Information Sessions
In these sessions, you’ll discover how The Winchendon School | NYC is built to put students at the forefront of updated teaching and learning. We’re designed to keep students engaged in their learning with exciting and energetic classes. All events are online via Zoom:
- Tuesday, October 8 – Virtual Information Session – 6 PM
- Thursday, October 24 – Virtual Information Session – 12 PM
