University of Massachusetts- Dartmouth, BA, MA, 2015
Math, Cross Country, Ultimate Frisbee, Dorm Parent.
Blessed with dazzling frisbee handling skills Jonathan is also handling his math classroom quite smoothly with this guiding concept: “I’d say great teaching incorporates an ability to speak only when necessary, listen at all times, balance a variety of different learning styles, and to be open to feedback and ideas from all sources, big or small.” His dog may just be the most walked one on campus – rain, shine, or snow Jonathan and Bubz are out there getting fresh air and racking up the miles.
By the way...
- Song to start the day: something from Singer-songwriters of the late 60’s early 70’s. I’ve also been getting into Led Zeppelin and The Band as well. For recent artists, Modest Mouse and Brand New would fit the bill.
- Go to comfort food: Nothing wrong with a burger off the grill with cheese and ketchup, it is a summer staple, as well as anytime the temperature is above 35 degrees
- Favorite place and books on hand: Quite possibly the bird sanctuary in Gardner, MA definitely with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone as well as Grapes of Wrath.
- Which Winchendon class or ColLAB would you most like to take: Why Adopt, of course, I like dogs too much to do anything else.
